<body> <h1>EMEA Capital Markets Marketing Manager (w/m/d)</h1> <h2>Jones Lang LaSalle SE (JLL), Frankfurt</h2> <p> EMEA Capital Markets Marketing Manager (w/m/d) Position Overview: The role will be responsible for defining the German Capital Markets Marketing strategy, building and executing an operational marketing plan to reach Capital Markets ambition, deploying European Capital Markets initiatives, and bringing both European and Local initiatives together. He/She exhibits an understanding of markets and Investors to develop top-of-the-class marketing campaigns in line with the go-to-market strategies and overall business and marketing objectives. He or she must work cross-functionally, coordinating efforts with different teams (e.g. Digital and Performance Marketing, Sales Enablement, Global Capital Markets), and will work across the entire JLL Investment portfolio. The individual must develop an expert understanding of the audiences and their needs. This role will report to the EMEA Marketing Head of Investor Services in London and require close cooperation with the European and German marketing team, the heads of our Investment departments as well as research and external service providers Key Responsibilities include Serve as the marketing local & regional expert into Capital Markets and lead the planning, development, and execution of all Capital Markets initiative on the French market The individual will be our 'go-to' person for teams in the Marketing Communications Hub (Web, PR, Design, etc) responsible for creating channels or content that will serve our Investor audiences Contribute to the glowing of the capital markets business by deploying EMEA regional content and Capital Markets initiatives to help the business achieve target ambitions Marketing Strategy Definition Build a strong understanding of the local capital market clients and key stakeholders, working along with business associate and leveraging third-party study to understand their needs and expectations in terms of commercial real estate investments Work in hand with business teams to elaborate on the commercial strategy and key priority segments; build the strategic roadmap to support the German team with its topline & bottom-line objectives Conduct regular assessment of Capital Markets competitive environment and assess the positioning of JLL regarding key competitors, and identify room for growth Support business in the identification of growth territories and new product developments Building & Executing the local & regional marketing plan Collaborate with cross-functional marketing team members to Define, own, and execute the German Investor Marketing plan. Building a bottom-up plan that delivers our Institutional offerings to the German market and supports the business plan The individual will be responsible for maximizing the lifetime value of our customers and would therefore work with business representatives to build and execute appropriate acquisition & loyalty campaigns along with coming up with new ideas to develop average spend per account. For that, the individual will leverage and work transversally with existing marketing teams (digital, com, emailing, CRM & customer experience) to execute agreed-upon content. The individual will also be responsible for coming up with new products agreed upon with the business to address the needs of local capital markets investors, more specifically (but not limited to) assess the potential, identify target accounts and build a target customer base, package the offer, validate it with legal, and define promotional plan with a storytelling approach and design omnichannel programs along with most appropriate go to market plan Implement and amplify global and regional thought leadership in the local market adjusting strategy and content to the market needs to improve brand perception for JLL Additionally, the individual will be in charge of supporting business teams with the following actions : uild content and sales tools for the local sales team to communicate on agreed themes to establish JLL's investor positioning and communicate our value proposition to our investor audiences. They will work with our EMEA teams to integrate pan-European activities, campaigns, and themes into local activity. Identify the most relevant Investor events that JLL should create or attend.
