Abbott Diabetes Care (ADC) Division is looking for a Manager KOL and HCP Content, ADC, Germany (m/f/d) Main Responsibilities: Support and execute Abbott Diabetes Care's KOL Management and product training work stream, supporting content definition for HCP communication Create branded content and communication strategy and plan in close collaboration with key medial internal stakeholders Develop commercial concepts and tools based on medical content to enable faster dissemination into medical community Establish partnerships/consulting arrangements with key medical leaders in the field of diabetes to support business needs and enrich commercial concepts and plans Scientific spokesperson / product-related scientific sounding board for the Marketing team and scientific contact between Medical & Marketing Provide and execute in label product training support for the commercial organization Analyse existing data for effective evidence-based product argumentation for in-label use of Abbott products in alignment with medical affairs Partner with medical and sales teams as well as global / regional functions to drive educational product-related activities Build trusted and strategic relationships with the national & regional KOLs in diabetes care: identify partnering opportunities and joint projects for product training & information and refer respective medical projects to medical affairs The role reports to the Lead HCP Communications and interacts closely with in country senior staff (director medical affairs, director market access, director sales, Head of Marketing) and regional commercial leadership Your Profile: Medical / scientific degree / psychological and additional post-graduate qualification e.g. Master's degree in public health, health economics or health policy or comparable executive training Relevant professional background and marketing experience in diabetology / endocrinology with focus on HCPs Experience in Marketing and in creating & presenting communication material with scientific content Working in cross-functional teams Project management experience Experience in HCP communication Public speaking experience and good English language skills Background in evidence-based medicine and / or public and / or competitive effectiveness research Scientific and marketing foundation with track record in training & education Basic training / knowledge related to scientific data / statistics and outcomes research Experience in development of medical education programs for HCPs in chronic diseases Excellent communication / organization skills required.
