For our international Marketing team, we are looking for a: Marketing Specialist (m/w/d) for the German market Primary Tasks Manage the day-to-day local operational marketing activities to drive conversion in your territory. You will focus on external key partners and other conversion channels where relevant to generate demand and drive sales for Roland, Boss and V-MODA brands as well as promote Roland brands to key stakeholders (such as end-user, press, KI and internal teams) in alignment with the European marketing strategy and to deliver European campaigns in the local market. Responsible as a Line Manager and sparring partner for one German employee and deliver coaching sessions with other European team members to help the marketing team to optimise its strengths, remove obstacles, and acquire new skills. Take initiative together with Head of Sales to develop and deliver quarterly key partner business plans on time, on brand and on budget to achieve pre-defined objectives per activity. Manage the execution of European and local campaigns, and where relevant retail marketing plans, within the local market and in accordance with agreed plan and guidelines. Develop and manage additional strategic initiatives to improve relevancy and actively contribute to local success. To manage paid and organic digital marketing campaigns in alignment with key partner business plans and to adhere to social media guidelines and policies to protect Roland accounts and ensure safe working ethical standards. Develop advanced working knowledge of CRM and web tools to create local email and/or web pages to deliver communication to local markets and manage content creation as part of key partner business plans and local market execution. Utilise and seek out key influencer relationships to help raise product/brand awareness as part of a considered content plan. Manage commercial relationships with local media outlets to secure effective media coverage, PR and digital opportunities. Requirements Relevant degree in Business / Marketing and/or minimum 5 years of experience as a key member within a conversion focused / commercial marketing team. 3+ years hands-on digital marketing expertise within SEM, SEO and social media within a B2C product/retail or e-commerce environment. Excellent project management experience with ability to manage multiple projects at once from initial planning to measuring results and continued optimisation. Commercial, data-driven mindset. Understand the importance of data in defining and reshaping user journeys and goals. Excellent experience with Analytics - interpreting analysis, reporting, and using data for decision making.
