Contracts, Rights & Royalties Software Consultant (m/f/d)
Join our team and support us as a Software Consultant to advise and support media companies in implementing our
software products in the "Contracts, Rights & Royalties" area. Following the system implementation, you will assist
clients with optimization processes and their daily requirements. Having gained experience, you will take on project
management responsibilities, working closely with colleagues from various areas.
This position requires excellent organizational and strong communication skills and a deep understanding of the
publishing industry. Knowledge in the field of "Contracts, Rights & Royalties" are mandatory. Basic IT skills (e.g.,
Oracle, SQL) and some project management experience would be advantageous. You will receive the necessary
"tools" and learn how to use them as part of a tailored training program. Your mentor will stay with you even after the
onboarding period.

Your tasks:
- Varied project management tasks for the implementation and use of the industry-leading media software"Klopotek STREAM".
- Depending on the projects, these tasks include the coordination of requirements, (migration) specifications, migration support, system configuration, training, and supporting the 'functional and acceptance test' completed by the client until the ‘Go live’ has happened.
- Consulting on data exchange using standardized interfaces or other electronic procedures.
- Participation in the coordination and management of projects, project planning, and project documentation.
- Consulting on process optimization relying on the varied and proven functionalities of the Klopotek software.
- Configuration of the software to adapt it to customer requirements.
- Support colleagues internally.
Your skills:
- A university degree in publishing and/or IT is desirable but not mandatory. Alternatively,
- Professional experience, in contract management/royalty accounting and/or finance.
- A good knowledge of MS Office products is essential.
- Fluency in English (speaking/writing) and German (at least B1 level). Additional language skills are welcome.
- Willingness to travel occasionally
